    Hello! I had the same problem the other day when I tried to install Radar Contact. You need to go to Microsoft and download/install the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime. COMDLG32.OCX is a Visual Basic file that needs to be installed before Radar Contact will work properly. Hope this helps! Trent Dragoo
