Hello, if I could tag into this thread also I think my issue is similar. I have a bad activation code for the J41, and a faulty link to the support email verification site. I have already resent three times for a new verification link but they are busted. I just want to be able to send a ticket... Any thoughts?Eric Titus
Hello, I am having a heck of a time. First I just purchased the J41. After download i used the activation code but it didn't work. Then I sent an email requesting help using the email listed in my DL invoice email. I received a return email stating this is not how it is done anymore. No prob, I go to the support portal. It requires email verification to create a ticket... I follow the email link to validate my act and it sends me to a "server not found" page. I have a new conformation email sent. Same thing... So I have no idea how to get a hold of PMDG to receive help... Can someone point me in the right direction? Much thanks and have a great day!Eric Titus
