  1. I do agree with your criticism point. But I stand by my statement about if you don't like it, go find another hobby. In the end yes you did buy a product and there is a certain level of support and bug fixes that are expected to come. But having said that, PMDG is good about releasing fixes for them but what they are doing here is developing 3 different products at the same time and releasing them as well at the same time. So to say that they have taken 6 months and that its too long is like saying, I have had one kid and it took 9 months for that one, so now that I am having a second it shouldn't take as long. People need to chill out, they have said it is coming, so it will be released but not before they deem that it is ready to be released.
  2. Well it is a general statement meant to state that this is a hobby is all and that there is no need in getting upset because they aren't releasing at the time that you feel they are. Now yes we all did purchase the product and we expect a certain level of support or quality from the product. Having said that, this is still a hobby. This is a 7+ year old game that they are developing for, there will be issues that you may have that I do not and sometimes that is FSX talking and not the product. But since this is about them releasing the SP, they are in no way differing from there standard practice of release. And as they are developing and releasing another aircraft and an SDK alongside the SP, the development time will be longer. But no matter what, you are the consumer. If you don't like what they are doing then don't buy more of there products and suck up the loss of the original purchase and go find another hobby to play with. There is no point in arguing or complaining about how they aren't living up to your expectations, as they have to develop and release on there's. Especially since they know what is going on and you don't and they are in no way obligated to provide you with information on there progress just because you bought something from them.
  3. I have a couple of questions for everyone here, You do realize that this is a hobby/game right? And just because you have problems with your sim or aircraft doesn't mean that anyone else is or that everyone else is. And for my last question, How many of you have been watching these forums and been purchasing there products? If you have been following them for a while you will know that the way they are doing things hasn't really changed in there existence. And for the argument on here about "if I gave my client that answer they would go somewhere else". The only thing that I have to say to that, is that you are in construction, that is a different industry than software development and that is exactly what this is. Every single industry and company within those industries are different. The same can be said about the computer that you use to play your GAME on. So before you start complaining about how they aren't doing this or that, stop and think about what you are saying. This is a hobby industry, so relax and go find something else to do if you don't like it.
  4. Thank you for the help John. I just figured that the alphas were included in the model file and there was something I was missing with the paint file. But thanks again. Have a wonderful day!
  5. I am trying to paint a livery for a virtual airline. I can get the paint on just fine and it to show up the way that it is suppose to as well. But I can not for the life of me, figure out how to get the 3D windows to show up. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you for your time.
  6. I was wondering if I could get the gauge for doors? thank you for providing this gauge to the public.
