  1. Hey Team, You can guess my question from the topic title. Last night I had my first 250hr service in the NGX. I took the step of making a copy of the .ini for the airframe before and after the service and one that had not been flown. Most if not all of the failure items were different for all three. Now I know that the service based failures are based of Boeing's MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) data, so I was just wondering if anyone knows: 1. What when the numbers are changed (in the .ini file) after pressing service is exactly done / covered in the 250hr service, is it a timer reset for some but not others etc? 2. Is there somewhere that we can find out exactly is done, what parts of the airframe are looked at and what's done about it? 3. What is the service schedule that the Service based failures is based off, is it only just at 250hr intervals or is it based of the A, B, C, D checks etc. As yet the aircraft has been flying fine, to be assumed it would but never guaranteed. Just curious if anyone else is keeping up with this stuff? PM me if you want to look at the .ini files to see the differences.
  2. Starting from a "Saved Flight" definately appears to be the problem here. Not starting from one works fine every time. Saved File startup = CTD always.
  3. Byork,Thanks for the help and the link, I was unaware about Saved Files causing problems which most likely is the cause now that i look at it. Most of my flights are from "Saved Flights", just to save the time of selecting airport, time etc...I will try that first then, if that doesnt work, I will try the above link to see if that works. My suspicion is the "Saved Flights" now that you mention it.If there are any other complications, may I post them here??Cheers again for your assistance Byork.William.
  4. All, I have just installed FS2Crew the Special Edition for the Evolution Airbuses and am getting a CTD when i load any of the A330's.I was wondering having seen the DEP workaround for Win7 if there is something similar i have to do for XP64 as the problem appears similar.I am able to do a fresh install of the Wilco Airbuses and no crashes occur, so there appears to be something going on when FS2Crew is installed.Any help is appreciated. ThanksWilliam.
