Since I bought my 737NGX I trying to have support from PMDG website:
I can't do login because I always receive the same message: username or password is wrong. I'm sure I using the correct email, username and password. Even so, I did another registration with another email, and got same problem;
When I installed the plane it didn't asked me serial numbers, so when I load the plane into the FSX all panels are black...
