Gentlemen, Thank you very much for your posts. I have followed the steps on the PMDG site for product support and filled out all the info. I have not recieved a confirmation email despite several attempts. I have not been able to get past the install shield even though I have entered my email, order ID and password. I have all firewalls off, admin does not seem to work either. So, I am not sure what else to try. I am sure PMDG has a great support service, I just can't get to it! Perhaps they are just having a bad day and all will work tomorrow. MRT
