  3. Mr. Maziarz I have accessed the support page but it informs me that my account has been registered but not verified and to follow an email. No verification email has been recieved by me. I have tried the re-send verification and still have not recieved the email. What can I do to recieve this email? MRT

  6. Gentlemen, Thank you very much for your posts. I have followed the steps on the PMDG site for product support and filled out all the info. I have not recieved a confirmation email despite several attempts. I have not been able to get past the install shield even though I have entered my email, order ID and password. I have all firewalls off, admin does not seem to work either. So, I am not sure what else to try. I am sure PMDG has a great support service, I just can't get to it! Perhaps they are just having a bad day and all will work tomorrow. MRT
  7. I just purchased the pmdg 747x and cannot install the program and no it is not my firewall. In addition when trying to contact product support I am not being sent a confirmation email, so I thought I would try this forum instead since it seems pmdg is not interested in helping me out, but they did take the money. I have tried the ID number(s) on the invoice to no avail--great support. MRT
