  1. Well, now I don't seem to have an option to roll back to previous version WIN 10. Not going to reinstall again, and if you can run the updater then it must be something else on my PC stopping it working. Have to approach VOXatc and ask for help in identifying the issue. Bought VOX back in 2005 and to date I don't think I had anymore then a months use out of it with one thing or another being updated over the years on my PC. Will have a look at fsAerodata also. Cheers, Mike
  2. Thanks for your replies. Yes it scans for about a minute then dies. Is running as admin and in the correct directory etc. I have reinstalled Vox and Navigraph several times. I think I will have to try removing Win10 Fall Creator's Update (Version 1709) and see if it makes a difference. Thanks again for your help. Mike
  3. Are there any issues with VoxATC 7.41/Win10 64bit latest update/P3d v4.1. I had just installed Vox prior to P3d v4.1 and latest windows update and all seemed to be working okay. Then I did the P3D and windows updates and have issues. Now I can't get "Runway Number Update" to run. The App comes up with blank page and I press SCAN and it seems to start scanning then stops with an error and shuts down. There are Windows APPS Reports as follows but all are meaningless to me. Can anyone see anything pointing to the problem? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Event Properties - Event 1026, .NET Runtime Application: RunwayNumberUpdate.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. 4. I am using Chaseplane with P3Dv4. But have set views via various controllers etc but through Windows(10) and not in CP as I should have done. I now want to delete all my settings and go back to pre-install with CP and start from scratch again. If I uninstall / reinstall are my previous settings/views downloaded into my new install? If so how do I get back to an initial install state? Cheers, Mike
  5. Has anyone setup the G13 with Chaseplane? I have just got one to use for my PMDG 747 Chaseplane views in P3D but finding it not so simple to figure out... Cheers, Mike
  6. Thanks for the response Keven. I don't understand what you mean by Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, Shift+1.Shift+2 etc. I have used Ctrl+Button for my default view but can't get Shift+ to work. I'm not very technical.
  7. Is there a way of grouping presets? I have set up 6 internal presets, I want 1 default preset which I can get to via button/key assignment. Then 2 presets that I can toggle between via button/key assignment. Finally 3 presets that I can cycle between via button/key assignment. Hope I'm making sense here - I don't want to have to cycle through all presets or have a button/key for each one. Cheers Mike
  8. Thanks Andreas, spot on - I was saving a flight plan in FSX but not the flight as you said. Thanks again for the quick response. Cheers, Mike
  9. Hi, I have created a short IFR flight plan from EGGW Luton to EGKK Gatwick @ 12000ft (EGGW CPT VAPID MID EGKK) with FSC and saved it to FSX. Loaded FSX opened the plan and then saved it in FSX then opened VOXATC but I still get a local flight and no option for copilot although ticked. Am I missing something simple in my haste to get airborne? I've followed the guides here also. Flying RealAir Duke Help... please Mike
  10. Did as you suggested and all seems okay... Thanks for your help
  11. I have installed this into P3D and was trying to install it into FSX also (P3D and FSX on the same drive). I was hoping FSX would use the same files (FSGUX directory), but the install started to overwrite the directory. Is this okay? Would P3D still work? Cheers
  12. Thanks for all the advice chaps, I had pretty much given up on this topic. But now I will take on board all that has been said and try and get organised. I got PMDG P41 yesterday together with the F2Crew for it. So I'll need to chat to the Co Pilot to see if he can take some of the strain. Thanks again, Jonathan, Jay, and Jahman,I'm off to try again now,Mike
  13. Thanks for the reply - and I guess you are trying to help in a flippant sort of way...Yes I do realise that planning in the RW takes time - though some of the load is also carried by others. What I was looking for was advice on the best order of utilising the addons to good effect. Thanks again,Mike
  14. I have dabbled with FSX on and off for a while, but this Christmas I went a bit mad and expanded my addons. I got the following software but seem to spend hours trying to get organised before I even get into the air. What should do I do first? Load the aircraft then create a flight plan with FSC9 - am I even doing that right? I just need to get the order right in my head...PMDG 737 NGX - 600/700/800/900TOPCAT 2.7REX - Real Environment Xtreme v2.0Aerosoft - FlightSim Commander 9Aerosoft - Pro Flight Emulator DeluxeAny help appreciated,Mike
