Quick question for the 6320 update do I need to remove older version and make a clean install or I can run it over the current version? tks

After reinstalling FSX directly in C:\FSX everything working fine! Congratulations PMDG, your software is one of the few working fine on Win8! Mauro

XCKD just to be sure but YES was sekected ACTIVE. I'll try to reinstall tomorrow from scratch FSX using this time c:/FSX as installation directory. I'll let you know. Thanks anyway Mauro

I recently moved to Win 8 and the big question was of course: How FSX will behave? After testing for approximately 2 months (10-15hrs per week) I'm writing here for help! Some software (other brand) are really not working, my 747X is generally working ok except the visual model. Flaps and slats are not extending when commanded (even if A/C is behaving correctly and flying as the surface are correctly extended). Wings are not moowing (no flection during take off or increased load condition). Is anyone experincing such issue? FSX - Aceleration, PMDG 747X boxed version 2,0,1 Nvidia GTX580 - Driver 310.90 Win 8 Pro x64 Rgds Mauro
