  1. Hey guys. I have FS9 loaded on my machine and have a copy of FSX arriving probably Friday because I want to play with it also.My FS9 runs smooth no real problems with it.I had planned on buying the Eaglesoft FSX version of the CitationX 2.0 but now been thinking maybe I should buy it for FS9 instead. Is there anyone here running the Citation v2 on FS9?Does anyone know what the differences between the two versions are?Does the FS9 version look as good as the FSX one? It seems they've both been revamped. I'm starting to lean toward the FS9 X v2.0 because FS9 doesn't use as much resources as I'm guessing FSX will. Also how good are the manuals? I've surfed the web and found a PDF that i'm guessing came from the v1 of the Citation. I was wondering if the new manual was more detailed about the FMS programming. I watched the youtube videos.I would have posted on Eaglesoft board but I've yet to get approved:(ThanksDaps
  2. Thanks ZachLWI guess I was over thinking things.Would it be worth it to buy FSUIPC4 with this setup or will the demo work just fine? I'm thinking about adding some Saitek Rudders eventuallyNow I need to look at TrackIR 5 and see if it's worth it for me.Can't believe in 2012 we don't have VR glasses that tie in with a VC :(
  3. I'm planning on getting back in to flight simming. I have an old X52 stick and throttle I want to use. I've got FSX on the way from Amazon. I want to purchase Eaglesofts CitationX but it has dual throttles and the X52 only has the one throttle. Is this going to cause me problems or will I have to use keyboard commands or click in the 2D/3D cockpit in order to operate each engine separately until take off. I would guess you would start up one engine set it to idle and start up the next and move on or will both throttles be linked to the X52.It's been a few years since I've flown FS9 but I think I also had problems with the throttle not going to full thrust or maybe it wouldn't cut the engines. Can you guys give me any heads up?
