Thanks for your reply, i registered there also, and added here my name, so there are 3 options for tickets, that none of them falls into the category of my problem. I need to have my shop account unlocked basically.ops found it, :( Now submitting:PSubmitted on Account issues.

I registered in Avsim also, because there is no otherway to contact PMDG Shop, to unlock my Account there.I purchased already the NGX Base package, and i happily fly the 737 NGX 800-900. I also purchased the extended download service, because i travel frequently as well.Yesterday i wanted to purchase the NGX 600-700 bundle, and i mistyped one letter of my password, and my account was locked immediately. Second try with my password right, account still locked. Usually there must be at least 3 failed password tries before an account is locked, but nevertheless, i hope there is an administrator, that can unlock my PMDG Account, so i can purchase my 600-700.
