  1. It works!I reinstalled Ms Flight and it works! So for anyone who encounters the same problem:1. Make sure you have the newest drivers from NVIDIA2. Reinstall DirectX (or acually add missing components)3. Reinstall Ms FlightThanx everybody for helping me out!!!Marcel.
  2. I did exactly what you suggested. My DirectX works, now. Thank you very much.But...I can start Ms Flight. After I a few seconds I see the message "press any key to continue". After pressing any key the program stops:(my translation)Flight Application doesn't work anymoreThere is a problem encountered by which the program doesn't work anymoreThe program will be closed. If there is a solution available, a message will be given.[Close program]The program closes and no message is given.I am very happy my DirectX works. Thanx! Maybe Microsoft works on a solution to encounter problem #2?I don't think reinstalling the program is the solution. Any suggestion is welcome. Will do.
  3. I know, but... The DirectX came on a CD with the drivers. So far I've learned I have the newest drivers and the newest firmware. Scanning for a DX update is a good suggestion. Let's hope this will bring the solution. So far no joy. :-( Hi!unfortunately this wasn't the case. But thanx for the suggestion. So far no joy. Newest drivers, newest firmware... but no DirectDraw acceleration, Direct3D and AGP surface acceleration
  4. I will do that, Thank you As far as I can remember the DirectX version came with the video card. So in theory this should work. I guess. Do you suggest to try another version of DirectX? (I use Win7)
  5. Hi Phil, thank you for responding to my problem. I don't see anything about DX9 Shader Model 3. Anything else seems to be okay. What I don't understand is that DirectDraw acceleration, Direct3D and AGP surface acceleration are not available. How do I see anything about the Shader Model? If I am correct, DX11 uses Shader Model 5.0?kind regards.
  6. I am sorry, but I can't find any SHADER OVERIDE (or something that looks like it). Also returning to the factory settings didn't help.
  7. I can't start Ms Flight. I use the newest video driver, I have a GTX560Ti (DirectX 11). This should be sufficiant. Can anybody help me, please?
  8. I have the same problem.I use DirectX 11, have a NDIVIA GForce GTX 560Ti (4Mb) and my processor is an I7.I installed the newest driver. What went wrong? Or better: how do I solve the problem?
