For me Flight was an option to get more fun out of Flight Simulation. OK it is not FSX, X-Plane or DCS, aka no simulation, but it offered great fun and will in the next time: get the stick and take off for a couple of hours fun. With deep grieve I will play on.....

I have noticed that if I switch off the engine in flight the landing gear pops out in the Mustang. Can someone confirm that????

New Aircraft Teaser!

Thought so too - but the exhaust is strange, 'cause it has not the aerodynamic pipe - as commonly used As it looks like it is part of a wing and if it is a part of an engine it must be either: - a dual prop - a dual jet - rear jet -

You are correct in every aspect, as I see it.I even thought that the planes were not as good as e.g. the Maul is. Almost all gauges are working - displaying at least some information. So if they did it with the Maul, why not doing so with other planes?! And that makes me wonder...OK there is a difference in prices between the Mustang and the Maul, but I bet ALL of us would pay for appropriate planes - if they are made at a standard, they themself set, like the existing RV-6, Maul, Icon A5, or PT-17. -

If they keep building oldtimers, they do not need AP.ATC is a huge feature, as it requires calculations on the air and field situation. -
No International Online Gaming?
DeadManDriving replied to DeadManDriving's topic in The Microsoft Flight (2012) Forum
Thanks all! I will use LIVE as proposed. The Quick Match function does show the field-strenght of the connection (if it is reliable). But I was expecting to see more online. Other players were complaining about that too.Maybe MS needs to make Flight more popular in Germany... -

true :-))) -
I am German - living in Germany and I am a little surprised to have only German people flying online. Are the servers separated by countries? That would be very sad indeed, as I have guys from other games, and I'd like to do play with them.Any suggestion? Is there anything I am missing?

I agree. The P-51 needs to be updated first. A lot of things are not working on that plane besides the cockpit. Even though not everyone is using it, the Checklist (Q) is missing on the P-51 too.I am really sad that I bought the P-51 before reading about it. I will wait for the forum reports before I buy any other plane... or Alaska. I like the other planes for their individual strenght - but the Mustang was a FAIL - except for getting the 30000ft Aerocache ;-)
