Hi guys. Can I ask do we still need to use FSUIPC for better controls assignments and calibrations for MSFS or in sim options good enough? Not sure if FSUIPC is supported?

Wow thanks so much for the replies guys! I am really grateful for everyone's input and really appreciate it. I think I am going to try my old PC first and run MSFS and will upgrade PC when the new GFX Card 4000 series are out. 

Also, as mentioned in replies, i use simbrief and activesky for p3d and loved it but assume it won't work here in msfs? I loved the wind uplink to pmdg and fslabs. Is it also the case for msfs? and real world weather just use default msfs?

i sure am gonna miss pmdg 747 777 and fslabs a3xx too but hey it will come out soon i am sure. 737 will be fine for now. How's Fenix and/pr Flybywire airbus? are they as good?

the rest i use gsx, rex (assume default msfs is good enough?), and also ezdok camera for vibrations and camera shake effects when taxi and landing? We can get those with default msfs cams? Heard it's quite good too. and lastly fs2crew was good for me too haha.

I play on 1080p resolution on a 23 inch monitor.  I am not using AIG though, and I have yet to buy the PMDG 737 (I am waiting for the PMDG 737-800). I am using the FBW A320 though, and I've read the FPS for the FBW A320 is comparable to the PMDG 737.

My computer specs are in my signature. For me, most of my settings are on Ultra (Ultra is the highest setting in MSFS). A few sliders, such as Render Scaling, are not set at the maximum for me, because I see little visual benefit if I set it a maximum, whereas if I lower it some, I get a boost in performance. So you can say most of my settings are at the maximum, except for a few settings, such as Render Scaling.

I usually get between 48 FPS to 60 FPS, depending on the area I am flying in. So at least for me, playing at 1080p, my hardware specs are more than enough for MSFS.

I am on 2k, Vsync @ haff monitor refresh rate ( 30 fps ) which is more than good and gives me in MFS a performance I hade never ever experienced in any other flight simulator with the exception of maybe AEFS 2.

My home internet is announced as 200 Mbps, cable, and it gives near that rate most of the time, but even on slower days I never had problems with online features such as AI and Photogrammetry + Bing maps.

Hi I've tried adjusted the glideslope ok and seems to be correct now. But now when I make the approach seems like the aircraft is nose diving down a bit. Did i have to change something else too beside just moving the glide slope?

Also if i choose DEP ICAO as LTBA, it seems to give me most of the time turkish airlines and mostly short haul flights. I feel like it's giving the airline of that country mainly and mainly short flights.

Hi i uninstalled and redownloaded the program again on your website but still says 2.8.2 and still same problem. I click RFD and clock fav aricraft and then click dep icao and typed in LTBA press enter then press submit and the error comes up. Problem still there.

Great Program. But keeps crashing when selecting random flights. Depends on time. I click enabled DEP ICAO and FAV AIRCRAFTS only..

Yes i found it blurry to see properly too. And when I am done I need to export it as new BGL files and replace the old one right? Sorry I don't know about this a lot.

ADE comes with an excellent user manual and is especially good at helping beginners step through the basics.  Note in the manual that you will be required to download the P3D SDK and install it and then point ADE to where a couple of those files are located.

Basically, the ILS is a part of the runway container.  With the airport in plan view within ADE just double click on any one of the ILS components, or select the ILS from the Navaids List (Lists being on the menu bar), and make the changes you wish.  Note you can set lat/lon for the LOC only, the GS and DME can only be moved by dragging.  You didn't specify what was wrong with the ILS but you eluded to the fact that the reason was the displaced threshold, so perhaps the only thing you need to adjust is the GS location.

Check the PAPI/VASI locations too.... you might be able to use Google Earth to figure out where the landing zone and PAPI's belong.

Thanks for your reply. Yes i was looking around and it must be the gs location only. So when we move is there a way to place exactly as in real life and how far off the runway etc or it's a matter of guessing and as close as possible.

Yes I have the same problem. Just reinstalled p3d and scenery few days ago so downloaded new installation file. Today approaching 20R in final and crashed to desktop like you mentioned exactly! 

Did you manage to find a fix?

Hi guys, When landing at Runway 29 at VIDP the ILS is placed wrong for Imaginesim VIDP due to displaced threshold. Has anyone got a fix for this please? The ILS is right from beginning of Runway 29 which is used for take off only. Landing area starts way beyond, making runway shorter, but ILS is configured wrong here. Would appreciate your help. Weird mine works too but i have to uncheck message text also everytime again otherwise CTD. Now i have to load default F22 at gate first then switch to 747 but when i exit the sim the sim with crash. NVIDIA drivers are latest already. Weird but using inspector for fps and power and vsync only.

Can you please check in P3D settings -> Information the Miscellaneous Text options? Do you have them enable? If yes can you disable them all and check if you are still get the crash?

This worked for me too but when exiting P3D it crashes with ucrtbase.dll No problem with other airecrafts FSLABS A320 PMDG 737 and 777

Ok seems like the scenery order was the problem as suggested.

Done 3 LH Flights now AUH-YYZ-BOM-EWR and went well.

Definitely your problem should come from this wrong hierarchy of sceneries. This is what I was mentioning in my previous post:

Ahh ok, I will try your way and do the same flight again and report back, Fingers crossed! If this is really the problem maybe it's not the settings and OC then. 

So just to reconfirm all the FTX and ORBX ( number 1-10 in the list shown above), all of this should be below all the add on sceneries right?
