    Quick update. The links from Manny and SoftTH solved my performance problems!!! It allows you to run in "virtual surround mode" but you don't need threes monitors of same resolution! It was easy and it works perfect with fsx if you have win7. Amazing and simple idea.

    I am running 2 x 20" in portrait with a 30" landscape for 4960 x 1600 .. with dual 480 gtx's .. it works! Now the bad news. Even with a Core i7 3.2 Ghz I have not found performance tweaks to make it run above 8 - 12 FPS. I have my settings fairly high and have tried many tweaks .. but those all seem geared for single displays or Surround mode or something. I'll try some of what I find on this thread and report back if I get it to run better.
