    I just installed for the first time and I'm having exactly the same issue. In the monitor window the proxyUser: individual tile accesses has "0" for all items. proxyUser: Preloaded shows 22860, hit: 0, Miss: 0, Messages 246 BTW, I'm running Windows 7 64bit and I am using ReadyDriver Plus to disable driver signing check at startup, and that seemed to work because before I did that TileProxy would not run at all. Now it at least appears to load correctly. Thanks for any direction on where to look. I've tried everything I can think of. I found the other threads on this and I don't have my World folder in my Program files(x86) folder, so the fix to put the folder in the root of C: probably won't help me, but I'll try it I can't get any other direction on what to try. Bill
