  1. Good call, Will give it a day or so and if no takers will post there as well.
  2. I have real world Jeppesen approach plates to give away (Australia). These are pages that have been updated and are of no longer use to real world pilots. As many of you are aware there is a Jepp's update twice a month. When this happens I have to throw all the old plates away and they usually go straight into the bin (waste of paper). The changes are usually so small that it does not make any difference to the sim world. Therefore I would like to find somebody who would appreciate these plates. These are Sid's, Star's, NDB/VOR, GNSS approaches, low altitude, high altitude airways and airport directory for Australia. Rules and regulations for flying in Australia are also available when updated. This would suit a serious simmer who flies proper approaches or who flies for an online airline and would like the real deal. Preferences will be to somebody who lives in Brisbane, Australia so no postage would be required. I will continually pass on the updates as they happen, hopefully over a cold beer in a local pub. I will also provide information on how to read the plates if required.
  3. Many thanks that has cleaned things up a bit and now getting high teens at busy airports and 20-30 at low altitude.
  4. I tried that already but there was no real change. Even the FSX 737 is producing the same shocking results and I used to get 60fps with that aircraft. I have not changed anything manually, This was an overnight occurrence while the computer was switched off and there was no windows update in that time. There was also no AV update. But you are right something has happened in that time. Figuring out what is the problem.
  5. I'm experiencing the same frame drop problem. Was okay until a couple of days ago and then it dropped to 8-10fps. Cannot get it higher unless in the air at altitude. I was getting 25-30fps. I have changed nothing during the course of the frame drop. Using the PMDG-800NGX with FTX Australia and FTXAU Traffic all at the recommended settings. Was thinking of adding another HD5850 in a crossfire configuration but not sure if that would help. Have defragged and registry cleaned to no avail. Any ideas?
