Changed computer ID and now I get this self inflicted issue. I'm also having problems tweaking AI lights in preview mode, no matter what setting I try to apply nothing seems to change. I contacted you thru your support page on website. ty Paul

Hello, hoping someone could help, I did a full install of v5.3 and I seem to have lost all ATC sounds, text is there but no ATC or pilot sounds. ty

After almost one week of not having a single issue I find today that I cannot pass the opening screen,I press any key and it just asks me again over and over without starting. Anyone else encounter this issue??, I cannot log on to the MSFS forum, I get an error code.

After numerous attempts at install its finally downloading !, I'm in my 11th hr of downloading 😡,ridiculous in my opinion,13GB to go, if it does not install I will be requesting a refund and revisit this in a year when all the bugs are gone.

Delete game from your acct and download again, worked for me.
