    Hi I purchased rc4 yesterday and the reg key sent does not work,I tried a few times to regenerate a new key but it keeps sending me the same unworkable key. I have sent so many e-mails and had no response.I have an unworkable product. Can anyone help please as no one from jdllc does not seem to want to help. Regards William
