Hi I purchased rc4 yesterday and the reg key sent does not work,I tried a few times to regenerate a new key but it keeps sending me the same unworkable key. I have sent so many e-mails and had no response.I have an unworkable product. Can anyone help please as no one from jdllc does not seem to want to help.

are you typing  the key (typing the correct key in) or  copying  and pasting  the key in

Yes, if you are copying, beware of the "Windows extra space", you might not have noticed it.

Yes tried both methods  paste without (added space)and typing to no avail, thanks anyway for input.

Did you include any - in the product code sent in?

 

Be sure spaces are not before the first character nor after after the last character. Your cursor should lay right after the last character with nothing following.
