    I think you have a conflict with legacy FSX ATC key presses.
     
    Go to Radar Contact keyboard commands and change the commands for buttons 1 to 5 by adding shift or control or both. (e.g.Shift+Ctrl+1 etc.)
    That will fix it.

    It should be in your RC4x directory under Tutorials.
    If you want to find it as you would a normal Flight plan, you will have to move it to the same folder where your own Flight plans are saved.
