  1. Shift-X may work but it doesn't satisfy the checklist and gives an "x" as opposed to a check mark if I choose to manually pass that step. What a pain... Bah! Apparently the parking brake was on but the checklist just didnt acknowledge it. I figured it out when I went to take off. I have so many issues/bugs with this game just not doing what it shoud. I still enjoy it so much I don't care.
  2. I'm an idiot. Thanks! I find the game is most enjoyable when trying to make it as much of a simulation as possible. For example I don't skip to waypoints and will fly 100+nm for airport jobs as it makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. I feel like I had another question to ask but now I'm blanking..dangit! Oh... I do not choose weather conditions just do free flight and pick jobs up from airports transporting cargo etc. Is it just me or is Alaska always cloudy and rainy? Did I flick a setting switch for "bad weather" and I just missed it?
  3. Hello. I was wondering if someone could perhaps help me out. In the pre-flight checklist when doing an engine run-up in the Vans RV6 how does one "apply and hold brakes" ? The Maule has a parking brake this plane does not seem to and just holding "x" on my keyboard does not seem to help either. Am I just missing something? Thanks! -Kyle
