  1. I did appologise if this wasn't the correct forum, Have since learnt there is a hardware one. Anyway, As above what could you reccomend then ??, I too don't want to spend too much on a card. People seem to be doing well with the 560 TI ? not too sure as to why i shouldn't go for one. Im budgeting around that price, it doesn't have to be a brilliant card just run smooth.
  2. Hi guys cheers for all the replys, Well i wen't and purchased the GTX 660OC and to be honest am not overly impressed, Ive seen many video's using the lower 560 TI etc and all seem awsome compared to what i have. Im guessing the TI does make a massive difference in gaming, Im actually thinking of sending this card back and purchasing the 560 TI instead and saving a few quid. Cheers
  3. Cheers for that, Will i notice a massive difference between the two with my current setup ???
  4. Cheers for the reply, Although i should have said my budget only really allow's up to £200 ideally 150-180. Im not a serious gamer just like the odd flight with nice graphics when time allows !
  5. Hi all, Firstly hello as im new too the forum, Secondly this month i started building up my new FSX PC, I want to run it pretty smooth with decent graphics as do most of us.. Ive currently got an Asus P8Z68-V-pro motherboard, Intel I7 2600k and 8GB DDR3 Vengence memory. Im looking at purchasing a GPU to go with all this and work in harmony, As anything can be better from my original 5450 !!, So option's . Gigabyte GTX 660 OC 2GB, Saphire HD7850 OC 2GB, these are the main two im looking at currently, I like the idea of the saphire as it's nearly £40 cheaper but does that mean its a worse of card ??, Also what figure's are best too look for too run FSX ? Does 2GB make a difference or will 1GB suffice ? Cheers guys.
