    I am serious, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if the websites glitched, I clicked the link on the e-mail and logged in and when I hit submit a ticket it just goes straight to the wrong one. Nevermind, my email wasn't verified and that's why it wouldn't show it, I feel like a genius xD.

    Hi, I just purchased a redownload for my BAE Js4100 and on the pmdg product support website I hit the submit a ticket button and it takes me straight to the license reactivation ticket page, can someone please help me on how i can get to the re download ticket submitter? -Morgan Kesler
