Are there any tutorials or advice on how to preselect and apply freqs. to be used in advance on the radio stack of the 787? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi all, I've been flying flight sims since the late 80's when Sublogic first came out with the first sim. I have over 11,000 hours on Vat Sim. I have a few questions on FS2020. 1) How do I get rid of the gauges when using the external view? 2) Is there a way to auto disarm auto-throttle upon landing? 3) How do I adjust the display brightness on the radio stack? 4) Is there a way to turn off the NDB/VOR morse code signals or auto tuning to these frequencies? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. BTW: I'm flying the 787-10 with Thrustmaster yoke and throttle quadrant.
