About Me
I am a student at a community college. I may or may not be able to provide help you may need. I have trouble remembering things at times. Uh....pi.

Aye, I see. I put it in "Addon Scenery/scenery." What was throwing me is the "texture" sub-folder.

I have made airports in the past and got them installed correctly. However, it's been a while since I last added an airport. We formatted our hard drive a great deal of time ago and I just now got around to re-installing ADE. I have just edited an already-existent (stock) airport and can't seem to remember where to put the compiled bgl file. I am assuming I put it in "Addon Scenery," yes? Well, the worst that can happen is it doesn't work, right? But just in case I am wrong, could someone point me to the correct folder? Thank you.

Yup, that was it. Why it waited a year to actually simulate that, I don't know. Thank you.

Just for the record, Windows 32-bit hates to run on 8GB of RAM. Actually, when you reach 8GB, Windows 64-bit is pretty much required.

Fundemental electrical or some other component failure
free-bee replied to sauviat's topic in The FS2004 (FS9) Forum
It may be possible that that's the problem. Not sure how scenery files can cause it, but hey. Check the failure settings to see if there are any planned or currently set failures. And being from a cold cockpit, are you sure the alternator switch is on? -
That very well may be the problem. I'll have to try it later (I'm at college right now).

Sometimes, well, a lot of times, the ASI in my aircraft fails for no reason whatsoever. All aircraft are default. When the ASI fails, the only thing I can use is the reported Mach speed from VORTAC's. Only once, however, the ASI failed, came back to life, failed, etc in the same flight. Well, it was a flight video (which I recorded if you want to see it). Also, it only happens in jet aircraft. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a solution?

Two days ago, I was playing around with random settings. I accidentally came across a full moon. It rose just as the sun set. I thought the scene was beautiful. I managed to not pay attention to the time nor the date (I had set it to something else just before flying). If anyone can help me find a time and date for it, I would be glad. The location I need it to appear is at KSME and during winter. The only mod I have for the sim is the "fs9.exe" file that allows gameplay w/o the CD.
