Hi John I am a very recent user of RC and on reading your post felt very moved. I too also lost my wife 4 years ago but now after many trials and tribulations and with the help of the wonderful NHS she is almost back to normal although a little limited with what she can do. I have no doubt that you are doing the right thing and packing in as much time and enjoyment with your wife and family as you can and I wish you and your family all the best for the future. Thanks Ray should have read the manual properly. Fully understand now but as I have only flown the Cessna 172 methinks I have a huge learning curve to climb but I am retired and plenty of rainy days to learn. I am looking forward to it. Thanks Mike

Hi There finally got Radar Contact up and running and many thanks to everyone who gave me assistance with the activation key. I have copied the tutorial flight plans into the correct directory where they should be but when I go into the load flight plan option in FSX they are not shown. I have noticed that the plans that do show have an associated .flt with the .pln file but the tutorial .pln files don't. Any ideas anyone? Mike

No Bounce and no message in any folder just total silence from every email address that I have tried. Already done what you suggest and no my email address has not changed. Re-sent email twice today using both methods ie one generated by RD and also one composed by myself. No reply from the help address either.

Purchased Radar Contact 4.3 on Tuesday 25th and I still have not received my activation key. Hope someone can rectify this problem sooner than later because this is totally unacceptable to all customers buying this product. Can someone please help me?

Hi There I also purchased Radar Contact 4.3 three days ago and as yet have still not received my activation key. I have emailed them 3 times and have not received a reply from them. I did email SWREG who replied to me and said that they would also email them but as yet no activation key. A very fed up Mike Wood

Hi Paul thanks for the files, I have loaded them and have started to fly with DX10 enabled. So far so good and no apparent problems. Can you point me in the right direction concerning 'Rain'. Thanks for all your help and also a big thanks to every one else. Mike

Hi everyone My son has kindly upgraded my Graphics card to a Nvidia 650 ti with a quad core Q6600 OC'd to 3.2, 6 gig memory, windows 8. I can't afford the new DX10 Scenery Fixer as I am an OAP on fixed income but would like to take advantage of DX10 after flying with DX9 for several years but can't get anywhere with the new shader patch. When I try to run the Setup batch file I get the well documented message of 'File readonly'. When I try to download a ready made shaders file as linked to the install document the site no longer exists. Could anyone tell me how to fix the batch file or where I can get the ready made shader file from. Many Thanks Mike
