Hello guys. First time that I used PFPX for planning my flight I was not getting a correct weight. I saw that I should set pax weight to 79 kilos or 175 pounds but, what about baggage ?. If I leave it as a default, ZFW is 3000 kilos over what FMC shows. If I set baggage to 0 KILOS and PAX 79 kilos it works fine and If I set PX to 69 and bagge to 10 it works fine as well, Could you please guys say to me how do you have setted ? Hello. If you dont want to spend much money, I suggest you to buy an AMD FX-8530 or 6300, ( 8 and 6 cores ) much cheaper than Intel and good performance. I've the AMD FX-6300 and I have no problems,, FRAMES are really good,, 28 29 on normal airport like stansted or manchester. Standard speed is 3.5 with turbo to 4.1 ( Im currently runing it at 4.1 GHz ). Easy overclock hehehe. Big airport normally getting 23 24 frames, more than enough. About te Graphic card, yep, you need a GPU. GTX560 Ti is good for FSX. You can get it for 240 euros,, more or less 310 US dolars. CPU 140 EUROS + GPU 100 EUROS Depends where you live of course. If you want to spen money,, buy an INTEL I7 Regards Ivan

Which can be the problem of this ? I'm very worried about :( I was thinking about GPU ( Graphic card ). Mine is quite old, ASUS Geforce GTS250 1GB. I got it about 4 years ago ! :(, I was thinking also about CPU but I got 3 mounths ago, AMD FX-6300 6 cores OC to 4 GHz. What do you think guys ? Thanks Ivan

Hello I though about memory ram as well. When using PMDG I always look at the memroy RAM,, it is only taking me 2.4 - 2.5 GH of 6, I will try to take down AUTOGEN as well. Thanks

Hello. I've got an AMD FX-6300 6 cores at 4.1 GHz ( Unlocked multplier ), I wanted to bring it up to 4.5 GHz ( or more ) If I could. It is a black edition CPU. My multiplier is setted at 20.5 and FSB to 200, so 200 x 20.5 = 4100. If I bring up the multipler to 21 ( 21 x 200 = 4200 ) LinX shows me an error. However, If I put FSB 205 ( 205 x 20.5 = 4200 ) No problem at all but the temperature is growing so quickly. Normal speed CPU is 3.5 GHz - Overclocked to 4.1 GHz and wanting to overlock it up to 4.5 GHz. Temperatures - 3.5 GHz multiplier standard - 30 degress - 4.1 GHz multiplier 20.5 - 40 degress - 4.2 GHz multiplier 21 ( even with error 42 degress ) // FSB 205 * 20.5 = 4.2 GHz,, temperature 51 degress Why I'm getting so high temperatures when put up the FSB instead of the multplier, I wanna bring up the multiplier instead of the FSB to reduce the temp, but I cannot, Why ? My speecs : AMD FX-6300 6 4.1 GHz RAM 8GB Windows 7 64bts Nvidia GTS 250 1GB ( quite low, I want to buy one when I get money hehe ) MB - ASUS ( dont remember exactly ) COOLER - Artic cooling freezer 13 2200 RPM Thank you for you help Best regards from Spain Ivan.

Hello Here is it. I have an AMD FX-6300 6 cores - 3.5 GHz. I overcloked up to 4.1 GHz. Everything is ok so far. I tested with LinX, full load during 20 minutes and thetemp was not more than 48 and with FSX running normally around 41. I want to brings it up to 4.3/4.4 Ghz but when I bring up the multplier to 21, LinX gives me a error, temp is still ok,, no more than 48 degress,, why I'm having an error ?? By the way.. I got an AMD FX-6300 at 3.5 overclock 4.4 GHz with an artic colling freezer 13 and temp is around 40ºC. Amazing ....... AMD FX-6300 ( 6 real procesor ) Reagrdssss

Hello. I've got an AMD FX-6300 6 REAL CORES at 3.5 GHz. A friend of mine overcloked it up to 4.0 GHz. I'm runing FSX for 5 hours and getting maximun temperatures of 50ºC. I asked myself If I'm runing with a good temperature or it's quite hot. I have also an ARTIC COOLING FREEZER 13 as a COOLER. I dont understand too much about CPU, due to that doing my question abou that. Should I take down the temperature or it's a good one. I saw the TJMAX of my CPU is 85ºC but I don't know what's that. Yep. Of what I want is getting more frames when I install an aerosoft scenery. Getting 25 frames is ok for me in virtual cockpit.

so to get more frames maybe I have to "overclock" my CPU right ?

Hello I recently bought the 737 of PMDG and I'm getting 25 FPS in virtual cockpit BUT default airports with Active sky Evolution. Sometimes that frames go down to 15 FPS It makes me "unhappy" hehe. I don't want to image how many frames I will get with Aerosoft airports and .... Here is my speecs Intel I5 650 3.20 GHz ASUS GeForce GTS250 1GB 4 Memory RAM Windows 7 64bts. I dont have which cooler I have to make it coolder !! Well,, I would like you tell me what you would change of my computer, If I get a new Graphic Card or a new Intel hehehe. I know there is a possiblity to "overclock" the CPU but I dont know how can I do it so... Any advices are welcome Thank you very much Ivan from Spain !
