Hi, I just recently installed Prepar3d v4.1 on my computer. However when I tried to install the B747, it said that an old version of Prepar3d was detected. I had already uninstalled the old version. I even formatted the hard drive that it had been previously installed on ut it still sais the same thing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. BTW the old version v4 worked fine. Thanks.

Kyle, would 1 work with a triple monitor setup?

I recently had the opportunity to go in the flight deck of a Delta Boeing 747-400 (delta museum). The flight deck seemed quite a bit smaller than pictures and simulations made it out to be. So my question is what would be a good zoom setting to give me a fairly accurate pilot's perspective? I use P3D v3 and will soon get v4. Thanks.

I've seen at least one source that says wait till vertical speed passes 1000 fpm.

I went through the introduction and the aircraft menu and still couldn't figure out how to save my preferred cofigurations. I even tried a panel save and that wouldn't save either. Am I missing something?

Is there a way to save configurations? Each time that I have flown the B747-400ER for P3D, I have had to put in the options every time. Also, even though I click on v1 and vr callouts, I do not hear them called. How do I remedy this? Thanks

Hi, I tried to do a couple of flights yesterday with P3D Atlanta to Miami. Clearance delivery and ground control worked fine. However, when I switched to tower, clearance was requested but there was no response. This happened twice. Is there any way I can resolve this? Thanks. Michael Crichlow

Hi, I bought Pilot2Atc a couple of days ago. It worked fine for a little bit then it stopped working. I would click on the icon and it would seem like it was loading but then it would not come up. My question is whether Pilot2Atc is compatible with Windows 10(which I have). If not, which operating system is it compatible with? Thanks for the advice. Michael Crichlow

Hi, I have been following the PMDG forum for a couple of years now and this is my first post. I bought the 777 for FSX and loved it. I am planning to buy one for P3D in the near future. I have a few questions regarding the upcoming B747-8 v2. 1. While looking through some pictures of the B747-8 flight deck, I noticed that they have electronic flight bags. Will these be modeled (if only for the PMDG setup menus if not for the charts)? 2. I saw several liveries for the B747-8 on the PMDG website. Will these be included as well.
