Hi there, I loaded up the sim this morning and when selecting the NGX, a product activation box appeared. I entered the code I have from the product but it shows an error: ERROR:flxActCommonRepairLocalTrustedStorage - (50044,71013,1) I then went onto the PMDG website and to my order history, then link for my NGX special edition has expired so I cant re-download. Any suggestion on what I can do? Im getting the exact same problem with the 777 aswell :|

Hi there, I've been having issues with my computer recently. I've since reinstalled windows (twice ) and obviously had to reinstall flight sim together with all the addons, including all of my PMDG aircraft. I've since had my NGX reactived, re-downloaded and reinstalled. On initial startup of the sim, the NGX was as I'd expect, fully integrated and interactive, no problems. After having a flight and finishing for the night, I shut the computer down and went to bed. The next day, I tried to load it up again, the displays were of a similar quality to that of the default 737 and the panels and switches were no longer interactive. I uninstalled the NGX, reinstalled and exactly the same problem. First start up was fine, closed and restarted FSX, exactly the same issue as before. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Evening, I've recently reinstalled and reactivated my PMDG 737 on a new computer. After the installation, the aircraft worked fine. Once I turned off my flight sim and loaded it up again, the panels become unresponsive and, well, they no longer have switches. For it to work, I have to uninstall and reinstall it :| Any ideas how I can sort the issue out? Many thanks in advance for the replies

I retract the gear after take off, Only the Centre gear retracts. All indiactions in the cockpit are correct, 4 reds but landing gear still showing on the outside of the aircraft

Nope I dont use them at the same time, I used Shift+ 1 to bring this panel up to show for the screenshot. Will try the Shift A. Many thanks

Any chance someone can help me with this? VC is fine. 2d panel buttons work (They move in vc but not on 2D). Panel remains blank

Buttons are responsive. They will change in virtual cockpit but not on 2D. The screens are blank and do not work. Any suggestions? Also when using a multiplayer chat window, If I need to find a METAR, I have to type "!q then the ICAO, e.g !q EGBB"... When typing this in the window, only in the PMDG will it not allow me to typr the letter "G" as it operates the landing gear

Still having problems with the 2D panel... Any suggestions? Its completely unresponsive in terms or readings, the buttons work still

Complete reinstall... Looking good so far! SDK error gone. Co pilot sets course etc correctly... Ground crew works... Lesson to all, reinstall if you have the same issues

Firstly, this is an absolutely fantastic add-on, although, it has been extremely frustrating in parts to which I just find myself screaming at the computer! My issues: SDK Error - I get it occasionally. I'm now in the process of reinstalling from the "My Account" download. Reinstalling the programme and the SP from PMDG also Ground Crew - By following the manual, I have not been able to contact groud crew, be it regarding deicing or pushback and start. Ive followed the manual and tutorial (Which conflict with eachother, both give different switch & volume positions). The only ever time I can contact them is when going through the FMC and selecting pushback options. When I tell co-pilot to set course, heading, altitude etc the dials just continually rotate... No stopping until I cancel command. Frequencies are usually okay - When I want to set altitude in VNAV (AP ON), instead of changing the MCP altitude window, it changes my cruise in the FMC, usually taking the altitude much higher than it can go. There are a few things that are annoying me but the rest I can live with... Its just these small issues which are causing me to get a little annoyed... I do hope the reinstalls can sort this out but if it doesnt, any advice? My final question which I cant find the answer within the manuals, is can you change the traqnsponder codes via co pilot?
