Hi all. I use the route request and select EGLLVHHH, its goes through its route uplink and I get the route up on the FMC. I then wait and the PERF uplink comes through, I "Accept" it and then I get a CTD? Any ideas.

Please help. I have worked out how to put the livery on the NGX 737, happy with that ^_^ but.......my aircraft has fuzzy textures...sort of like when in fs2004 you saved the aircraft in 32bit not DTX3bmp......i save the file in .ddsDTX5 but how do i make the textures appear crisp like the PMDG textures and add on liveries that come with PMDG. Hope you can help. a free beer to anyone that can help me B)

done it, cool! B) In fs2004 i always saved in DTX3 with alpha to get the nice crisp fusealage textures, niw it seems fuzzu like its in 32bit...whats the proceedure to get sort that? I don't really want to do anything and cock it up.

Sorry if im in the wrong place to ask but i'm pulling my hair out on this one. :rolleyes: Is there a basic guide to repainting the NGX, i can repaint it, its just the saving and making it show up in FSX. I am close as i am using DTXbmp and photoshop and saving it as DDS DTX5 but the fusalage does not show, only the inside cabin? any links or help would be appriciated....i have looked on youtube and the net but nothing to me seems easy to understand..then again i am thick! ^_^ thanks guys

so are we saying that i can use my original Sata hard drive and dvd writer in this method? If this is the case, would i be right in saying that i could plug everything in and the mobo would see Win XP on the hard drive and boot up from that and be in a state it was before, but alot faster and able to fly FSX? Sorry to sound thick buti'm very new to this.

Thanks Bert, great advice and a starting point for me. Steve, i had to buy a new power unit for my pc so its new, its 650W. With that link is it a case of ripping out the guts of PC i have and place the new bits i buy, adding a graphics card and hard drive an operating system? It scares me to build my own as i'm unsure on how to install the operating system...but working on the case and internals is a doddle....

Hi all, need some help on a new computer, i would like to upgrade to FSX and run the 737 NGX and the new 777 with decent smooth framerates....basically buy good and not have to upgrade in the next year or so.
