Setting up 2 monitors / FSX
Hello, Why is it when I am flying in full screen mode, the resolution drops? It doesn't matter what resolution setting I have in FSX, the quality that I have set (1920x1080x32) drops to what looks like a 1024x768 or similar. But when operating in windowed mode the resolution is accurate. Is it possible to operate one monitor in full screen mode, while the other be used for things like charts, facebook, internet, etc? Cause right now the only way I can do that is in windowed mode. If so can someone help me? Thanks

EZDOK and 1c update
Hey does anyone else have the same problem I do? For some reason when I switch from VC view to Aircraft view in EZDOK, I'm still stuck in VC view. No aircraft, no anything for me to have my aircraft views. This happened as well when I installed 1b. I tried reloading my PMDG camera set for EZDOK, and still, no luck. Anyone else have this issue and able to resolve it? Picture of what it looks like when I go to the "AIRCRAFT" view in EZDOK. http://postimg.org/image/pfvj0nf0n/

Track mode on MCP
Thanks Kyle. I think we are saying the same thing, I'm just not wording mine correctly. You are correct in the sense that the HDG is always that pipper outside the ND ring. My problem is solved, I have TRK UP now being centered on the ND when i switch from HDG to TRK on the MCP. You're a very knowledgeable guy Kyle, I fly in the airline world for a living and have always found myself learning a thing or two from your posts. Keep it up buddy.

Track mode on MCP
Very helpful replies guys. The answer to my question was found with regards to my options in operations centre regarding "TRACK UP" being off or on. Kyle, I was certain though that when switching between TRK and HDG in the MCP that the ND would change for a lack of better terms between "HDG UP" and "TRK UP" So if you're flying in HDG SEL, your heading would be "UP" and if you are flying in TRK SEL, your track would be "UP" Regardless, thanks for the help guys.

Track mode on MCP
Hey, When switching from "HDG" to "TRK" mode in the MCP, the ND doesn't adjust accordingly. So let's say, we are flying on "HDG" mode and select HDG360. And we have a wind from 090 at 100kts. Our Track should be closer to like 330 or something. When I switch over to "TRK" mode, I expect the centre line of the ND to read 330, and right now, it doesn't adjust. This wasn't the case before the SP release and 777-300ER release, so I wonder if it was simply an oversight? Or maybe something is wrong with my setup. Thanks!

i7 4770k, Geforce TITAN --- 19FPS ASN?
328 driver replied to 328 driver's topic in The AS16 and ASCA | Active Sky | Active Sky Next | XPAX Support ForumIf I reduce cloud layers, what will happen to the clouds? Also - what is the "enhance overcast conditions" ? how does it affect performance? Thanks!

i7 4770k, Geforce TITAN --- 19FPS ASN?
Hey, I have been playing around a lot with the settings in ASN... When I am in the terminal areas, my frames drop as low as 19 sometimes 15. With Active Sky 2012, and same texture set, I was getting upwards of 40 frames consistently considering the beast of a machine I've got. What gives do you think? Any ideas as for what to set to fix this issues in Active Sky NEXT? I tried reinstalling REX textures with DXT and no improvements. Kind of dissapointed in this because i love how ASN renders the clouds.

777 in the next 24-36 hours I think
Guys... my thoughts are - if AOA has access to the plane it must be release ready. Why would Chris Palmer otherwise get access to a plane with bugs? http://www.flyaoamedia.com/reviews/pmdg-777-first-screenshots-and-first-impressions/?fb_source=pubv1
