Tried this Admin thing. Changed it to Administrator account. Still got the 1628 error.. Im running Windows 8

Guys Im not sure if this is the correct place to post for help but here it goes. I had FSX installed on my windows 7 computer and worked just fine. Well time went by and I upgraded my windows 7 to a windows 8 and decided to do a reinstall of the game. Well the uninstall worked fine and when I reinstalled the game it kept telling me that my product key wasn't valid. I searched around and found posts where it told me to do a fresh reinstall of the game so I uninstalled the game once again but this time the game wouldn't uninstall from my computer. I tried several options and nothing would work. I then searched around and found posts to delete everything manually in which I did and did a registry cleaner. Now I cant install the game again and keep getting a message that reads 1628: failed to complete installation Anyone have any suggestions. Im confused of whats going on
