    Hello guys I just lost a few of my backups on an external HDD. So also the 747-400F Extension for my FS9. I just wanted to know if there is anny possibility to download it again. I checked your store for the "Extended Download Service". You describe this function like this: "Purchase of this product is reflected in your account with PMDG. When we see this product record in your account, we know that you are authorized for Extended Download Service! It's as simple as that!" ... Well it´s not as simple as that. My PMDG WebShop Account is no more existing after over 5 years. I still have the Purchase E-Mail and the order ID if required. Looking forward for your help ! And sorry ... my english is not the best .. Best regards from Germany, Liebe Grüße, Kim-Marvin
