October 12, 201411 yr Hello guys I just lost a few of my backups on an external HDD. So also the 747-400F Extension for my FS9. I just wanted to know if there is anny possibility to download it again. I checked your store for the "Extended Download Service". You describe this function like this: "Purchase of this product is reflected in your account with PMDG. When we see this product record in your account, we know that you are authorized for Extended Download Service! It's as simple as that!" ... Well it´s not as simple as that. My PMDG WebShop Account is no more existing after over 5 years. I still have the Purchase E-Mail and the order ID if required. Looking forward for your help ! October 12, 201411 yr Why would they close your shop account? :blink: My first purchase was back in 2007 and the account is still there. If you have proof of purchase go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx and file a ticket with them. You need to do that anyway to make use of the EDS. October 12, 201411 yr My first purchase was back in 2007 and the account is still there. And mine is way back further, 2005, and like yours, still there. So, OP, it will not get deleted. Just send them a Support Ticket. Rick Almeida
