Same issue. After installing FSUIPC update I started receiving FSUIPC message when open axes setup "FSUIPC is not connected to FS" or similar. Since that, FSLTL will only report "simconnection failed" I`m really frustrated about. FSUIPC is necesary for a lot of ADDONS and peripheral and many other stoff, but unfortunetly gives a lot of troubles. Any fixes? any idea? Thanks in advance!

For me the problem got worse. I can't even connect once. I receive all the time message "Simconnect connection failed : ensure MSFS is open and loaded to or past the Main Menu, trying again in 30 seconds" I hope somebody can have the solution for this issue.

I have the same problem and it appears often. Any fix? Thanks!
