Hello everyone. I need some suggestions about a problem that has persisted for more than a week regarding access to Fenixsim.com
I can't access my account in any way. I have uninstalled everything from Fenix hoping that reinstalling it will solve it, but nothing. I am attaching some screenshots of the messages I get. Maybe someone can help me.

You won’t get help here, you need to communicate direct with Fenix.  They have published protocols on their discord for password resets, etc.  If you don’t have discord access the access link is top left side of the website
