I have done. They requested a copy of my hosts file, which I have sent them. Since my install of Win7 x64 is very recent, the file has not been modified in any way, so I cannot see that this will assist them. I really don't know why the installers shouldn't be available via a public link but installable only with a valid username/password/serial combination.

You are correct, but that is not the issue. I simply cannot download the installer. It doesn't matter whether I use the link sent to me via email, or the link in my account page - both result in a "page not found error"

Hi all I've purchased the NGX today but the link PMDG have sent me to download the installer just takes me to a "page not found HTTP 404" error I've disabled AV and antimalware apps and tries several different browsers to no avail. Anyone any ideas? Thanks
