Where can i find the .ini file? i cant find it in my modules folder

Yea i know it was only made with ASN but it's fun to stare at it when you have some time on your hands...

So i had to reinstall my fsx but before i reinstalled my FSX my weatehr radar worked without having ASN, i'm shure i'm not the only one that has that, my weather radar worked with default and fs globar real weather, but now it's not working i have latest fsuipc installed 4.936, is there a way to make it work again? Thanks.
