    Hey , i'm back ! And guess what ! I've fixed it !! I am so happy now :D
     
    I put the following tweaks in the FSX.cfg:
    HIGHMEMFIX=1 (graphics section)
    TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40 (display section)
    FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.33 (main section)
     
    Here is a screenshot of how it looks now over grand canyon with the same settings as before and over 10 minutes of playing :

     
    I had about 25-30 FPS and no blurry textures at all !
     
    At San Francisco Intl. Airport in gate with major thunderstorm ,with default 737, scenery complexity set at DENSE , and airlines slider set at 5% i can get 15 FPS !
     
    So it's solved for me.
