  1. Dont know why but the game wont even launch with SP2 installed. Some graphic problems i think. PS: Dont tell me to upgrade my system. But i will try that HIGHMEMFIX tomorrow
  2. Hey ! Whenever i try to install SP1 i got several problems with the game.It will normally turn on and i can fly BUT : -plane windows dissapear -no advanced animations -ugly white thin cloud layer somewhere at 8,000 feet -some textures , like propeller aerodynamic tip (that silver thing at the front of a proppeler) gets incerdibly ugly -some panels in the default 737 are not working properly Thanks for any help !
  3. Actually, the phone is vibrating :D
  4. Do you mean buttons on the phone display or are you just kidding me ? :D
  5. I was playing FSX for 1 one month with only mouse ,but then i decided i should get a joystick . But because i am still in school and don't have any source of money i couldn't afford any of the newer joysticks. So i built one by myself ! :D It's made out of building kit for small kids (I was playing with it when i was young) :D .Then i put my phone in it, installed Monect Portable (i really recommend this one ) and it was complete ! :D (actually took me like 3 days) Here are photos of it :D Tell me what you think :D
  6. Hey , i'm back ! And guess what ! I've fixed it !! I am so happy now :D I put the following tweaks in the FSX.cfg: HIGHMEMFIX=1 (graphics section) TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40 (display section) FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.33 (main section) Here is a screenshot of how it looks now over grand canyon with the same settings as before and over 10 minutes of playing : I had about 25-30 FPS and no blurry textures at all ! At San Francisco Intl. Airport in gate with major thunderstorm ,with default 737, scenery complexity set at DENSE , and airlines slider set at 5% i can get 15 FPS ! So it's solved for me.
  7. I already said that if i install SP1 it break a lot of things , like my windows disappear, there is a thin cloud layer somewhere above 8,000 ft , advanced animations don't work at all.And if i install SP2 i'll get an error saying my graphics card is not compatible bla bla bla ... And thanks for advice to disable AI
  8. Hey guys, i've been playing FSX for like 2 months now and i've found a couple of bugs. I am using "Flight Simulator X Deluxe (RTM)". I don't have any service packs because SP1 really mess up the game and with SP2 it won't even launch.I am not using any addons except "Carenado Cessna C172". Now the main problem: I normally run the game, start flight and my scenery looks like this : Pretty normal i think.Frame rates are around 20. But then after one or two minutes the game starts look like this: WHY ? It looks like the FSX is changing "Global texture resolution" in graphics tab.But the weird thing is frame rates are still the same! It also affect Virtual Cockpit ,but because i mostly fly addon Cessna which probably don't have lower quality textures it stays the same. Maybe you want to see my computer specs (REALLY bad but i can get fairly high FPS from it (at least fairly high for me)) And my settings : Thanks for any help
