Looking at the Seattle Four Departure I was a bit stumped by what this means. I understand it all but the SEA R-161 part. I know SEA is the Seattle VOR but what does R-161 mean? Flying the departure is also strange because after you clear the runway you immediately turn back and fly past the airport to pass over the SEA VOR.

I had this problem also after installing an ORBX update. I solved it by opening FTX Central and selecting Global and hitting apply. Then I selected North America and then hit apply. Was fixed after that. I got pretty freaked out. I dread the day I have to reinstall FSX....
