Are you asking for a dynamic build up of rubber and dirt on runways or a static depiction of rubber? Its up to the airport creator to apply decals to the runway and is really easy. As for having it build up over time. I have no idea how to go about that. Its way beyond creating scenery.

I really enjoyed the Twin Otter by Aerosoft (I see its coming soon!) and the good ol' C172 by A2A in my FSX days. I had always wanted to try the Majestic MJC8 Q400 but had never got around to it. This also I see is planned for late 2021 so im looking forward to diving into that aircraft when possible. As of now I've been cruising around in the default C208 with the overhaul mods and really enjoying it. .

I've not seen anything like that using MSFS's live weather. That is from REX. Those clouds are repeating patterns.

Looking at the Seattle Four Departure I was a bit stumped by what this means. I understand it all but the SEA R-161 part. I know SEA is the Seattle VOR but what does R-161 mean? Flying the departure is also strange because after you clear the runway you immediately turn back and fly past the airport to pass over the SEA VOR.

I had this problem also after installing an ORBX update. I solved it by opening FTX Central and selecting Global and hitting apply. Then I selected North America and then hit apply. Was fixed after that. I got pretty freaked out. I dread the day I have to reinstall FSX....
