Downgrading to 3.6.4 didn't work unfortunately.

This is my first time doing anything Python-related, I'm just aiming to get a couple of Ortho tiles for P3D done, so I'm gonna skip rebuilding the pyd haha! This is what happens when I run the .exe in /dist: It just gets stuck there. I shall try downgrading to Python 3.6.4 64-bit and let you know what happens.

Okay, I'm not sure if this is a bug - or me being a dummy (the latter is probably more likely). I have followed the instructions on the .txt file provided, and when I go to do step 3 (run it), this happens. I am running Windows 10 Pro v17134.165, and using Python 3.6.6
