  1. But that still leaves me the problem of getting that cycle for vox ATC... Navigraph only seems to have the latest navdata available to download... Any idea how to obtain an old one? It's 0711 that the rxp gns uses
  2. <Palm face> Thanks heaps, you have no idea how long I have been just putting up with this haha appreciated
  3. Does anyone know how to a) find out which airac cycle the reality xp waas gps (430 and 530) comes standard with and b) how to have the same one used by Vox ATC? I know that it is very old nav data but honestly I don't care, all I want is my gps and Vox ATC to have the same nav data so I can actually fly the approaches that I'm assigned!! I know that they are in a different format with the reality xp gps so I can't simply direct Vox ATC to use the same Nav data... If anyone has any info that might help it would be greatly appreciated!!
  4. This has bothered me since I bought VoxATC, things like pronouncing wind "wynd" and Qantas "kantis" and I could never find a solution until recently... And it's obvious and simple! VoxATC uses the microsoft voice recognition engine so I went into the control panel/Ease of access/start speech recognition. Then activate speech recognition by clicking the microphone icon and say "open speech dictionary" From there, simply add any words that VoxATC has been mis-pronouncing into the dictionary and make sure you record a sample of how you want the word to be pronounced at the end. For unusual words (like Qantas) I had to save the word both in lower case and capitals to ensure it always is pronounced correctly. You can test that it has worked by typing the words I no a txt file and have Narrator read it back. Hope this helps as it was driving me crazy for a while there!
