Solutions

  1. Rhinozherous's post in FSX default Background Sound was marked as the answer   
    Never mind, I have found it in -- Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Simobjects\GroundVehicles\FuelTruck\soundai -- there are 4 wav files. As I removed it for a test the sound was gone.
    Now I will see what I can do.
