Found the solution...open MCE first (the opposite of what is in the manual), make a voice call to open RC "Start Radar Contact" load the fpl in RC start RC and the it loads to MCE like a charm.
Ben and Gerald you need to put that note in the manual

dmarques69's post in Dx10 night colours was marked as the answerSteve there was a significant difference of colours, the colours that i was seeing until 1h30 am where dusk colours(textures) whit sun in the horizont, and im wrinting in the pass because i found and solve the problem, it was the REX4 texture that i had for post sunset that was just to bright...in the end was not DX10 related.
But again thank you for your anwser, you are always available to help!!
PS: by the way i solved that other runway problem too.
