    Thanks, that worked. What do you mean by full names? Instead of nicknames? Maybe support should be a good example and change first?

    Hi, I installed the 737 NGX on Prepar3d v2.5 (Academic) on Windows 8.1 and all the screens are blank. No switches work. Doesn't matter if i use the 2D or 3D panel. I was also never asked for my license key upon loading the airplane in Prepar3d. I installed all updates in the Operations Center, a recent Nvidia driver and i have nothing pending in Windows Update. I have a valid Prepar3d and 737NGX license. Any idea how to fix this please?
