Is this a new thing as I thought atc around the world except America use hecto pascals QNH when I monitor atc live

Good Morning fellow colleagues, On MSFS2020 for some strange reason the prefered pressure altitute even set as european metric system on options for atc menu to QNH it still reads as the USA inches of mercury, for example "QNH 29.92" rather than the correct terminology QNH 1013, Also is there anyway FSTL can read out the whole airline atc call sign as the chinese registered airline only use their country of registration rather than their given call sign? All assistance will be much appreciated Ritzer C.

I am yet again experiencing crashes with a green dialogue box appearing stating a fatal error has appeared and when I checked event viewer it states Kernal as critical source of error.
