I have a great working MCPCombo-II with Linda/FSUIPC on MSFS2020. Using PMDG 737-700 I have a display-error. The knobs are working when looking in my cockpit. But that issue for now is ok. Now using the great new FENIX 320. Starting FSUIPC+Linda, after 1-2 minutes the software seems to start ok. On the display of the Combo everything looks great till the last seconds.. Then the display becomes rubbish (like with the 737) but that's for now. The screens of Linda-software don't give any errors. Now my problem ! There is no connection between the Combo and the Fenix 320. Not any reaction turning knobw in the cockpit. I do have connections with the cockpit using FBW 320 and PMDG 737. What can I do her with my Fenix getting working knobs or what is the sollution? Hope to hear soon.. Cheers Theo

Hi I'm using Linda version 4.1.4.281 for MSFS2020 VFR and for IFR the FBW A320. Now I've heard that I should add any Linda software to the v 4.1.4.281 to make it work better with my MCO-Combo II Is that true and how does this work Cheers Theo

Hi, what is the difference of the 2 new Linda-versions v 4.1.4 from 1 Mar and the FWB-package v 1.0.2.a? is using the FBW- version necessay or does Linda 4.1.4. gives me the full functionallity. A littlebit confusing forme. Please help. Theo

Dear, After installing the latest versions of FSUIPC and LInda the maindisplay on my MCP-II is a mess. The colums or seperations between the functions are not there anymore. What is wrong and how can this be solved?? Hope to get a suggestion Theo

Dear I'm not familiair with the Hvars of FSUIPC7. So I think that if you're not a programmer or so it is quite difficult to use this solution. I hope that Andrew icm with the Dowson-family can fix something in the nearest future. If anyone can suggest a solution for Alpha-guys.. I'm your man.

Dear Andrew, Not good news from you. I hope you’ll reconsider your view on MSFS2020. The use of MSFS2020-app is growing so fast and there are so many users of Linda icm FSUIPC within the 2020-community that it would be a great lost if we can’t use the Combo in the nearest futere no more. As said before.. other airplanes are working fine except full functionality of EFIS. And this is already great for me and the fellow-captains. Hope you’ll pick it up a little further ahead. cheers Theo

Using the actual A320-airplane (stable or development version) in MSFS2020 from FlyByWire gives me hardly no functionality on my COMBO-II. The strange thing is that in the earlier version it worked fine for the MCP and COM-part (not EFIS). Using the Combo with other airplanes is ok. It is something with the A320 icw Linda/Combo. Is there perhaps a solution for this. Who can help???

Dear Andrew The total functionality of the MCPCombo compared to P3Dv5 in MSFS2020 is not the fully 100%. The EFIS-part is not available completely(yet). Is there any perspective when you will have fixed this working? Hope to hear Regards Theo

Hi Andrew I have downloaded Linda v 4.05 eand is ok and active in MSFS2020. As so far everything ok. :) But ....when my MCP/COMBO-II is resetting/starting up, I see in the com-display (right-side) that the device is Powered by Linda v 4.04 Can you help me to assist to get this synched? regards thx Theo

Dear Andrew, I think I’ve solved the problem. 1. I renamed the folder into ModulesOld and installed FSUIPC and Linda in the well-known add-on-directory. This didn’t work. Constantly errors in Linda like “FSUIPC-files not found”. The Linda log-files didn’t gave me any clue or suggestion. 2. Back to the installation of Linda and FSUIPC into Modules. At first no reaction from the Combo2 to any plane. Then I moved/restored from my backup the 2 files config-hid.lua and handlers-mcp2.lua into the 2 Linda-folders. After restarting the whole system everything was fine and working. 3. At Iast I imported the Combo2-presets for the NGXU Everything is 100% no. Thx for your kind support. Cheers, Theo

Hi, I installed the new Prepar3d V5. I use the MCP Combo-II icw Linda 3.2.5.1087 and FSUIPC 6.08 The FSX-default airplanes are working/interacting fine in the new environment. However ... the new 737NGXu is a problem, gives me no reaction in the buttons. The connection is completely dead. Changing it next into any normal airplane, the Combo is again 100% ok. I defined a new profile/preset for the NGXu but using e.g. the ALT buttons in NGX AP ALT Inc... or any other button-command doesn't work. As earlier said the COMBO-connection is dead using the new NGXu. What can I do to make this work ? Hope to hear from anyone Theo

In FTX a user has the possibility to migrate all the ORBX-folders and files from inside P3Dv4 to the outside of the Sim into a folder called X:\\ORBX\Library. It works great. Yes, you get a lot of Add-On-XMLs but is works great and therefor ok. However. There is one thing which doesn't work after the mogratie and that is the tool MIGRATIONTROUBLESHOUTER.EXE The nice thing of this toolfor me is that you can check if all the ORBX-folders/files are ok. Question: How can I get this tool work again after installing the orbx-fles in X:\\ORBX\Library?

In LNM you can pick one op the mapthemes like OSM or a Topo. When flying Norway or Sweden during the whole flight you see in de status bar ‘waiting for data’. Is there any way to speed up the update? What is the best solution? Cheers Theo

I just completely re-installed Win10, P3Dv4 and PMDG737 because I bought a M2-SSD and wanted a faster configuration. After good experiences with GA-planes, now starting a jetflight with PMDG737 the screen freezes frequently. I have to wait from 30 sec till 2-3 minutes before the flight continues. After a few minutes flying... the same thing. Mostly it occurs when I change the views What to do. Is there any solution?

Andrew, Thx for responsing. The error occurs after Linda closes down. Linda closes automatically after closing down P3Dv4. I don't know if FSUIPC sits between the two apps. Hopely it makes any sence to solve the issue. Regards Theo

Hi In the great Linda-app I get an error everytime at the end of P3Dv4 and closing down the Linda-aqpp. "Not enough timers available". On the forum I read Andrew (Scotflieger) told us that this error would be solved in version 3.02. Question.. Am I the only guy with this Linda-error? How can this be solved ? Thx for your respons. I’ve tested full xml use on most sceneries compared to full conventional scenery-lab-use. In startup-time and memory-use there is not much difference. So conclusion: the AOM-tool gives no memory-advantages but managing the sceneries is the biggest advantage. Please your comment and thx in advance.

Thanks for your respons. 🙂 Something else.. The AddOn Orgasizer.. When making an addon.xml of any airport and looking then into created the xml-file I only see the scenery-statement. Looking at the Airport file on the SSD there is besides the scenery- also a texture-folder. When making an addon.xml with any notepad by hand I use both the statements <scenery> and <texture>. With the Organizer I miss the <Texture> part in the addon.xml. Why is that?? Or what do I wrong? Regards Theo
