    Hi, I had the freeze issue in XP11 & 12. Turns out that in my case that I had no access rights on the plugin folder/file since I am using a Domain Computer. If you have a MS account try to find out if your account has admin rights to the folder. After changing the access rights on the folder I didn't have any issue any more. Maybe this helps. Cheers, C.
